Patch Repair With R17:

SILIKAL® R 17 mortar is a solvent-free 2-component methacrylic resin mortar with a high compressive strength and tensile strength in bending. It is characterized by very low linear shrinkage.

Moisture Vapor Treatment RE40:

SILIKAL® RE40 is a Pore filling, super low viscosity and pressure-water-resistant concrete primer to prevent rising moisture

Priming R41:

SILIKAL® R 41 resin is used in order to strengthen and impregnate extremely porous substrates, to close up cracks in composite screeds and as an injection resin for hollow screeds.

Coating R61 CQ:

SILIKAL® R 61 resin is a reactive, slightly elasticized resin for slip-resistant floorings great in wet areas. It is employed as a binder in the manufacture of self-leveling coatings sprinkled with quartz grain or for smoothable floorings with colored quartz, predominantly in the food industry.

Top Coat R81:

SILIKAL® R 81 resin is a reactive, solvent-free, low-viscosity, virtually non-yellowing 2-component methacrylic resin offering good resistance to water interaction. It serves primarily as a slightly elasticized and colorless top coat on sprinkled coatings in wet areas.

No matter what the commercial business is, we always hear that they need low maintenance flooring when they come to Silikal for concrete floor coatings. With the high cost of today’s business, no business needs to be forever adding to their overhead with maintaining their floor. Low maintenance flooring is not an option, but a necessity when they consider concrete floor coatings.

There are a number of reasons for this, the first being that when we install Silikal we first very carefully prepare the existing floor to receive Silikal. If you currently have concrete bumps, and small cracks they will be taken care of so that Silikal goes on as smoothly as possible. Then the applicator will do an adherence test. The applicator checks that nothing should prevent Silikal from bonding completely to the substrate. Once the Silikal has been put on, you will have noticed that unlike some products, Silikal creates no variations in color as cheap imitations do if you’ve chosen a single mono color. There is a plethora of finishes available though so that a single mono color may not be what you wish.

For instance you may desire solid flakes, solid quartz, flake blends, quartz blends, transparencies, or naturals. The choice is yours, regardless of the effect you are seeking in concrete floor coatings.
